Problem solving through creativity

All too often in business problems can emerge which, no matter how you seem to approach them, the answers or solutions fall way short of expectations.

Sometimes these situations involve people, processes or plans, which are part and parcel of the problem, but may also be the solution. Being objective, rational and following logical procedures may be the text book way to go, but the outcomes are usually far from satisfying. There is invariably a range of conflicting causes which may be obscured by one another.

Graeme can apply an objective, unbiased approach where all potential scenarios are considered, where each route can be better explored and better judgements eventually made in a one-on-one meeting in a facilitator process.
